Spirit Airlines Keepin it Cool

Spirit Airlines has gotten some smoke thrown their way these past years as they hold a stereotype among social medias. However, it is all in good fun as Spirit is a company that is doing perfectly fine. Since I have no idea what my login info is to get on from my computer I will just quote some of the comments on posts making fun of them. A great first example is "Fly Spirit and then become one" This post is poking fun at Spirit and their cheap prices which is their value proposition. Some notable things said were that both bathrooms were out of order and Walmart trash bags were under seats when needed. They are taking volunteers for pilots they just need a valid drivers license. All the stewardess's are working from zoom, and that they need to ask the stewards questions now because they lose internet connection when they get 100 feet in the air. These are all highly exaugurated but in the midst of it Spirit has ran with this stigma. They are offering reduced ticket prices to anyone who wants to complain about any airline, including Spirit.

This marketing idea was so smart for Spirit because instead of bunkering down and trying to deny or stomp out haters they embraced them. Submitting a hate report grants the hater 8,000 miles which is 2,000 miles short of a free flight. However, if they make an account with Spirit they can earn those 2k miles. All in all if this happens its so ironic because the hater will be coaxed into flying the airline they dislike the most. This was an absolute genius idea by the Spirit marketing team. I learned that using the prevalent things in your vicinity can be a huge help to turn things around in your favor.
No one was hurt in this accident, the plane slid off an icy runway
